November 30 – From Self to God
The eternal God is thy refuge. Deuteronomy 33:27

A place to flee to, a sanctuary. An escape from misunderstanding, from yourself. You can get away from others into the quiet of your own being, but from yourself, from the sense of your failure, your weakness, your sins and shortcomings, whither can you flee?

To the Eternal God your refuge. Till in His Immensity you forget your smallness, meanness, limitations.

Till the relief of safety merges into Joy of appreciation of your refuge, and you absorb the Divine, and absorbing, gain strength to conquer.

The Lord hear thee in the day of trouble; the name of the God
of Jacob defend thee: Send thee help from the sanctuary,
and strengthen thee out of Zion. Psalm 20:1,2

no longer hide in the shadows, hide in God, escape to him, and he will make you rise, he will be a shelter a loving parent, a warm father, no tears in the shadows, escape to God , because he loves you

why not me? November 29, 2008

hi all, i guess that most of us once thought, while we are sick, or having a pain (headache,backpain,sotmach ache) or even serious sickness like heart diseases or tumers or so, we thought that why God doesn’t heal us right now, at this moment,
I’m just 20, but i have thought about this manytimes,i was asking myself can i be one of those peopel who Jesus heals them (a miracle) , i knew that Jesus did so, he heals many, and still healing people till now, but always i was telling myself that i am just a normal guy, why would i have a miracle or so ? .
any ways, a month ago , i was working a lot at school and so ( i’m studying computer sciences) so i had to carry my laptop everyday in the college, and when i come home , i also be on computer working on tasks or assignments or just playing a game, i was living this way for two weeks, and everyhting was ok, then i started to feel pain at the end of my back, day after day the pain grew bigger,then i decided not to carry mylaptop again , or to stay that long on computer, but my pain didn’t decrease , it was the same, even if i am just resting, it was aching, i was afraid, i told God, i am just 20, how can i have those problems with my back at this young age, i was disappointed because i was telling myself “there is a lot of pain coming as i am growing up, and i will not going to enjoy my life , because just a few years from now i guess i am going to be wrecked, I’m just 20 and having that pain so what about when i become 30 “, i was frustrated, anyway i told myself “well i have to get used to it” , then at a friday when i go to the ministery at church, while we were praying, the minister was praying to God telling him to heal the sick bodies, the minister said i know that you can heal the sick my lord, that was just a phrase from the prayer it was general not specially for healing,
i thought in myself ” why not me ?” ,why jesus don’t heal me like the many he heals, why not me?
i told jesus, God i know and i believe that you can heal the sick, and i want you to heal me, why not?, i am your son too and that’s what you said, and i am sick, and you heal the sick, so i want you to heal me.
all i can say is that, i never felt that pain again ,that was the last time i had that pain.
so if you are feeling the same way, if you thought that jesus can heal people but he is not going to heal me, if you are having pain , and want Jesus to heal you, ask him to, tell him i want you to heal me,
in mathew 8 “16When evening came, many who were demon-possessed were brought to him, and he drove out the spirits with a word and healed all the sick. 17This was to fulfill what was spoken through the prophet Isaiah:
“He took up our infirmities
and carried our diseases.”
this words are true, those words are rightous, Jesus take our infirmities and carry our diseases
in those words God is telling you I am willing to heal you, that’s my job, i want to,
at the first of the chapter :
1When he came down from the mountainside, large crowds followed him. 2A man with leprosy came and knelt before him and said, “Lord, if you are willing, you can make me clean.”
3Jesus reached out his hand and touched the man. “I am willing,” he said. “Be clean!” Immediately he was cured of his leprosy. 4Then Jesus said to him, “See that you don’t tell anyone. But go, show yourself to the priest and offer the gift Moses commanded, as a testimony to them.”

Jesus healed many, and he is still healing, if you don’t have enough faith, then ask God to give you faith, Jesus can Heal you , whatever infirmities or diseases you are having, Belive God, when he said ” I am willing”.

Someone November 29, 2008

good days don’t last forever
life and joy are not always together

pain is in everyday and to experience sadness is a must
whether you had a hard day or betrayed by a one you trust

his heart was torn apart today
he never thought it would hurt that way

and she lost her love in a blink of an eye
nothing she can hear of her breath but a sigh

I wondered for so long times , is it ok to sing a song that’s sad
I wondered is there’s some one who really understands
*

there’s some one exactly knows how do you feel
exactly passed through the same and the pain was so real

*

the pressure at work is killing his peace
should he leave his job or live in tears

and she had a difficult decision to make
to accept who she is or to continue being a fake

*
all i know is when you have a sad song to play
Jesus is with you and he will never leaves away

he is still walking in our streets saying ” any burden to bear?”
still calling onto you,” give me from your pain a share”

You don’t have to taste sorrow alone
Jesus is the only one that loves you when you are on your own
when you are tired and can’t wait to get home
Jesus is feeling your pain

and when your night is long and still waiting for the dawn
when you feel so cold and need a love that’s warm
Jesus wants to hug you , to protect you from the storm

One thing I know is that you don’t have to carry pain on your own
and when sad songs come, don’t sing them alone
fore there’s one who’s feeling your pain
and this one, does really care.

know that Jesus is always with you he is loving you,he is watching over you, call him in your pain or sadness, and he will comfort you, he will set you free, he will rescue you, give you his salvation.all this words are for you, believe God when he tells you i will rescue, set you free, i will comfort you, if you want to love God but you can’t , tell him show me your love, show me what i need to love you, and he will, because he wants your salvation because he loves you, he suffered all the pain and dying on the cross, only because he loves you i

When two agree November 28, 2008

Hi there, have you ever thought about the verse in matthew 18:

19″Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. 20For where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them.” …
well taste it’s power ” if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for , it will be done for you by my father in heaven”. and ” for where two or three come together in my name, there am i with them”.

November 29 – When Two Agree

If two of you shall agree.

I am the Truth. Every word of Mine is true. Every promise of Mine shall be fulfilled.

First, “gathered together in My Name,” bound by a common loyalty to Me, desires only of doing My Will.

Then, when this is so, I am present too, a self-invited guest, and when I am there and one with you, voicing the same petition, making your demands Mine, then it follows the request is granted.

But what man has failed perhaps to realize is all that lies behind the words. For two to agree about the wisdom of a request, to be certain it should be granted, and will be granted (if it should be), is not the same as two agreeing to pray that request.

Nor forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the
manner of some is; but exhorting one another, and so much the
more, as ye see the day approaching. Hebrews 10:25

all i can say is wow, did you notice the last line?
“For two to agree about the wisdom of a request, to be certain it should be granted, and will be granted (if it should be), is not the same as two agreeing to pray that request.”
God is saying it is not only about granting the request, it’s about that you and someone else agree to pray that request, it’s very beautiful, it’s like a fusion. if you and your loved ones gather together , and agree to pray that rquest, it’s so powerful, even if you are only two, you and your brother or sister, you and your parents, you and your family, you and your friends,even if you are only two
Jesus will be your third, he will be with you, it’s so powerful, take the chance, if you and your brother,friend,mom or dad,husband or wife, your best friend, if you at least are 2 , praying together will have a great impact on your lives, it’s telling jesus , come be in our home, be between us, bless us, bless us both, bless our relationship, bless our lives, it’s true Jesus wants us to have a special relationship with him, every one should have a personal relation ship with jesus, it’s very important,and in addition to this relationship , jesus wants to have a relationship with (you and the ones you love or living with) a relation ship with a unit that is composed of more than one person,
my family consists of my ,my brother and my parents, i only pray as a two with my mom, my brother and father never prayed with us, it makes me sad when i want to pray with my family and it doesn’t happen, imagine if we all pray together agreeing that Jesus be the head of our family, to handle,protect and to reign over our relationships, imagine if we leave our relationships to God , if we ask God to manage them, can you imagine it ? , i believe that if all of my family agree that God plant the seed of love between us, to correct our relationships, to guide us through them, we will be the happiest family on earth, and this home, this house,this appartment in which we live, is going to be a church of God, where Jesus is the head of the church and we are the body of Jesus, imagine that every home is a church of christ, imagine it, even if you are living with friends, it’s going to be the same, have you thouhgt about it before? have you imagined how much our lives is going to change? ,so i am asking you in the name of jesus, if you wanted someday or if you felt someday that you want to pray with anyone you love, please do it, tell that partner that you want to , explain how to him/her how much it is goint to impact the both of you or the three of you or whatever number you are , Jesus will be with you , completing you ,and uniting you, and whatever you will ask for it will be granted ( if it should be) but remember that the more important is that ” two agree to pray the request”. and i beg you to pray that every christian house in all the world be that way, be a church of christ.

November 25
Behold, I stand at the door and knock. Revelation 3:20

Oh, ponder again these words and learn from them My great humility.

There is that gracious invitation, too, for those who yearn to realize a happiness, a rest, a satisfaction they have never found in the world and its pursuits. To them, the pleading answer to their quest is “Come to Me and I will give you rest.”

But to those who do not feel their need of Me, who obstinately reject Me, who shut the doors of their hearts so that I may not enter, to these I go, in tender, humble longing. Even when I find all closed, all barred, I stand a Beggar, knocking, knocking. The Heavenly Beggar in His Great Humility.

Never think of those who have shut you out, or forgotten you, that now they must wait, you have no need of them. No! remember that, the Heavenly Beggar, and learn of Me, humility.

Learn too the value of each man’s happiness, and peace and rest, to Me, his God; and learn, and learning, pray to copy the Divine Unrest until a soul finds rest and peace in Me.

I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved,
and shall go in and out, and find pasture. John 10:9

A change that will make the difference November 21, 2008

Hi all, this post is about something that i used to be convinced of, and now i figuered out that i was wrong;

hope you like it

I used to thought that to have a life in christ  something has to change, i thought in order that Jesus enters my life ,in order that i have his joy in my life  something has to change.

 

i thought I should be happy so that Jesus be in my life.

I thought i needed to learn how to love something, so that i can love Jesus, i thought that maybe i have to love a girl , so that my heart learns how to love, i thought that if i will have more friends, my life will get better , if school is changed, my life will get better, even if my guitar playing gets better life will get better, things will get better if i become famous, or my poems gets cooler or so, the point was that , I will be happy so that i can love God, and be agood son of him, and stop commiting sins( i was commiting sins that easily, like i was drinking water).

that was what i thought before Jesus entered my life.

actually Jesus entered my life, I thought that one of the previous things is going to change or something, so that my life fits God,. because i thought I’m still haveing the same problems, the same school,the same friends, the same home, the same guitar, the same sins.

but actually nothing of those things has changed, when Jesus touched me, he changed one thing, only one thing, nothing at all has changed but ME.

Jesus changed Me, not my home,not my school,not the love, not the friends, Nothing,Jesus changed my Heart.

that’s what is needed and that’s the only thing that will bring Jesus into yourlife, all those times i was waiting for something to change, many things changed but it was the same.

I may say that through those 110 days i have been in christ, nothing has changed except me, and when Jesus changed my heart, everything surrounding me  got another meaning an value ,it was from Jesus too.

 

nothing has changed, not the money, the same school,no  love to a girl, everything’s the same but having different meaning for Jesus changed me.

so if you are waiting for something around you to change so that Jesus enters yourlife, if you think that changing the job,having a better house,getting healthy if you are ill, changing those things will do nothing, because Jesus didn’t change the life of those who loved him , he changed their hearts, and then life Got changed, he changed the heart, the heart now loves him, because if i got a new job, i will like to have a newer one, and so, Don’t limit God with what’s surrounding you like i did, Don’t say that God can’t be in my life because i am lonely, Don’t say that i will free a part of my time to God after i finish school. Don’t be wrong like me, believe that Jesus is more powerful than any circumstances, he said that he knocks on your door every day, ask him to let you hear his knock and when you hear it open it, because Jesus is ready,willing and loving to enter your life today, to be in you today. this is what Jesus siad, believe him when he said “20Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me” (rev 3:20). believe him when he said so

the change in your heart is what will maike teh difference, Jesus freed me from addictions, from anger, from sadness, from disappointment, from being hopeless and saddist, Jesus changed my heart, that what made the difference- (to check the poem i wrote about the moment jesus changed my heart check this

November 19 – Hills of the Lord

I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.  
My help cometh form the Lord, which made heaven and earth.  Psalm 12:1,2

Yes! always raise your eyes, from earth’s sordid and mean and false, to the Hills of the Lord. From poverty, lift your eyes to the Help of the Lord.

In moments of weakness, lift your eyes to the Hills of the Lord.

Train your sight by constantly getting this long view.  Train it to see more and more, further and further, until distant peaks seem familiar.

The Hills of the Lord.  The Hills whence comes your help.  A parched earth looks to the Hills for its rivers, its streams, its life.  So look you to the Hills.  From those Hills comes Help.  Help from the Lord – who made Heaven and earth.

So, for all your spiritual needs, look to the Lord, who made Heaven, and for all your temporal needs look to Me, owner of all this, the Lord who made the earth.

Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.  James 4:10

Lord shine through me November 18, 2008

hi all : ) , sometimes i need the light of God shine in me and through me, i am sure that many people who are living in christ, who tasted him, wants to share it with the world , with their beloved ones,with their families and friends, well i want to do so, from now on i will ask God to shine through me , i will pray that jesus uses me to be the light of the world, and i am sure that you want the same too.

November 18 – Dazzling Glory

Arise, shine; for thy light is come and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee.  Isaiah 60:1

The glory of the Lord is the Beauty of His Character.  It is risen upon you when you realize it, even though on earth you can do so only in part.

The Beauty of the Purity and Love of God is too dazzling for mortals to see in full.

The Glory of the Lord is also risen upon you when you reflect that Glory in your lives, when in Love, Patience, Service, Purity, whatever it may be, you reveal to the world a something of the Father, an assurance that you have been with Me, your Lord and Savior.

But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of 
the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to 
glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.  2 Corinthians 3:18

I guess, by God shinning through us, the light of God will reach so many hearts and clear so many darkness, like the lord has done in us, it will be done through us to others. in acts 16 “13 They replied ,Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved—you and your household.” so i believe that if you are the only one in your family who has seen God, who believes in him, and you Know God and want to share Him with your family, then you can, pray that your household be saved as you.

who do I believe ? November 17, 2008

hi every Body, did you ever thought before, which one you believe?, which one do you trust?, to be clear do i believe myself or God?
do i believe what the circumstances what my mind ,what the stockmarket ,what the logic say, or do i believe what God says?

the thing is that your mind tells you something , and God tells you another thing, it’s when

i am spending time at work, all my time, all my effort ,all my mind, it’s like i am consumed, this leaves you no time to be with God
to talk to him , to know his will, to serve him, this gives you no time to accept God’s gifts and blessings.
from where do i get time, i have to work, i will die of hunger, yeah i want to be with God, but i can’t i have too many things to do, i am not wasting my time in nonsence, i am working, to get the food to me and my family
this is what my mind says
but here’s what God says
Do Not Worry
22Then Jesus said to his disciples: “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear. 23Life is more than food, and the body more than
24Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable you are than birds! 25Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life[b]? 26Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest?
27″Consider how the lilies grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you, not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 28If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today, and tomorrow is thrown into the fire,
how much more will he clothe you, O you of little faith! 29And do not set your heart on what you will eat or drink; do not worry about it. 30For the pagan world runs after all such things,
and your Father knows that you need them. 31But seek his kingdom, and these things will be given to you as well.

“but seek his kingdom and these things will be given to you as well” /*God wants us to believe him , not our minds ,not our salaries, notany one, because God is the one who made the whole universe, so which one do you chose to believe?*/

God knew it, God knew that we are going to be worried about what to eat and what to wear, God knew that when all our goal is to seek those things, it will take us away from his kingdom
God said that my kingdom is your first priority, seek my kingdom and i will give you all these things, I am giving them to the lilies and the grass of the field, if i do this to the plants
what about my sons that i died for.
all this words are great, but then you say to yourself yeah that’s cool, but it is not going to work,, the logic says i have to work hard to earn all those things, but God says that if you seek his kingdom
these things will be given to you as well

so what do you choose to believe? God or our logic?

in another situation
in
psalm 91

14 “Because he loves me,” says the LORD, “I will rescue him;

do you believe what’s God is telling you?
do you believe it? ,do youbleive if you love God he will rescue you?, he will be with you , – if you don’t love God, tell him i want to love you,, i loved God only after i knew who he is, i couldn’t help it, i loved him, all this love of God that you find in his bible, all that love to you, i couldn’t resist that love-
do you believe it? , or do you panic out and start looking for what to do,
i am not saying that you should stay at home or to sit down and watch your problems distroying you.
i am not saying so, i am saying that if you are having hard times, ask God to help you to save you, you have the lord here, you have him supporting you , and he is willing to save you and to help you
so do you believe that God can work it out, or do you believe that he can’t because i have to do that thing, or this thing can’t be fixed,, got me ?
in psalm 21 it says “even if i walk through the valley of the shadow of death i will fear no evil , for you are with me” those word are rightous, those words are true
the valley of the shadow of death, God said i will be with you even if the valley of the shadow of death, God is strong, God is mighty, God is true, God is the one who created the universe , he can and he is willing to
save you, to provide you, to be your father,your protector, to support all your needs, all of this if you let him, if you believe him , if you give him the chance to do so, if you give him the chance to work in your life
God loves to be your lord, to be your friend, to be your savior, God loves you that he died so that you can enjoy being with im again here on earth and spend your eternity with him.
of you are willing to accpet Jesus in your life, if you want him to be there with you, to be your lord ,your friend and your savior, all what you have to do
is to open your heart when he knocks on your door, you have to do nothing but letting him touch you and heal you, tell God I want to know you, I want to have you, go to a church, tell them i need a bible, and i need to know God
pray know to God ,tell him i need you to be in my life, i want to have you, lead me through my steps to you, let me hear your knocking, and be sure that all the heaven will be happy , will be selebrating
because finally you were found.

in matthew 18

The Parable of the Lost Sheep
10″See that you do not look down on one of these little ones. For I tell you that their angels in heaven always see the face of my Father in heaven.
12″What do you think? If a man owns a hundred sheep, and one of them wanders away, will he not leave the ninety-nine on the hills and go to look for the one that wandered off?
13And if he finds it, I tell you the truth, he is happier about that one sheep than about the ninety-nine that did not wander off.
14In the same way your Father in heaven is not willing that any of these little ones should be lost.

– if you are that sheep, then God is looking for you, believe it, he is looking for you- this article is a proof that he is looking for you.

New experience November 16, 2008

i am going to tell you something , that happened to me, it’s real i am not telling a story from my mind,
the thing that i guess that many of you passed through the same situation.

with out any alert or something, one day ( which is today , the day i am writing this), i felt that i have lost contact with God, i felt that he is in a place and i am in a totally far away different place.
i felt this because every day , God talks to me, or gives me something to do, God gives me a new lesson, a new blessing, the feeling that God is here beside me. all of this was lost, suddenly.
i was so confused, what’s wrong? what did i do that drove God away, i can’t feel him at all,, this is strange, i have been with God for 3 and half months now, and never felt that he is away this way, what’s wrong, i couldn’t find an answer, i prayed, got some peace, but still don’t know what’s wrong,
all the day i was at home, i guess i didn’t do something that drove God that far, what’s wrong?

then i got scared, i thought what now, oh no, i am going to be back to my previous life, i am separated from God now, and i don’t know what did so, oh no , i am going back to my sins and my sadness and pain i had before i am born again in christ, i freaked out, i was so confused, actually i don’t wish that i pass through this again, i was totally confused, i couldn’t ask God for help because i felt that he is so far away, i felt that he is far and his promises are gone far with him, it was so disturbing,
but then i told one of my friends, ” i am so confused” “help me”, she said what’s wrong? i answered, i lost contact with God , i can’t feel that he is close as before, it’s like he is in another place,
she told me this is wrong, this feeling is not from your heart, the devil is pushing those feelings in it, but it is a lie,she told me the devil is fighting you, if you are not ready to fight then surrender , if you want to fight , then ask God’s help, but this feeling is not real, the devil is giving it to you , so that you return to your life before christ, who is lighting your life right now, i told her ” but i don’t know how to fight” , she answered by praying, by resisting even forcing yourself to fight, by the word of God( the holy bible) ,by praying, by love ,,you can fight with all of that, she told me the sign of the cross burns the devil always sign yourself with it( in the name of the father, the son and the holy spirit, one God amen.) some of tears started to fall from my eyes, i told her , then what did i do so all of that happens to me ? she replied , nothing all what you did that you opened your heart to God, and this drove the devil crazy,so the devil told himself that I should bring that boy back to me.
then she told me that if you find yourself fighting the devil ,you should be happy, because God is making you stronger, God is rising your place in his heart up.

after that conversation, i went to my room, turned the lights off, closed the door, i held my cross and the cross i was wearing , my knees were on the floor but my arms were on my bed, and i started crying , and i was telling God, God i am not able to face this, i am scared and i was doing the cross sign, over and over again, and i was saying , God protect me i am not able to face what’s happening, i am your son, come plz, and i was saying in Jesus name, and crying and telling God, i am scared , and surrounding me i was feeling that God is holding me between his arms, and i am a little kid, and it’s like God made an invisible wall and the devil is trying to get through it but the devil can’t, it was like i can hear the voice of the devil’ collison with the wall and the devil can’t wait to crush me, but i was in God’s arms and i was crying, after being in this fo a while, i calmed down( the peace of God) , then i saw something in my head, it is not i vision i guess but it’s like God is showing me his thought or talk, it was like an angel holding a baby in a little cradle, and the angel was telling me you are that little baby, whenever the devil tries to mess with you, all you have to do is to cry, and your father ( jesus) will come to you and protect you.
all of this was in about 25 minutes. i felt that for the first time i has beaten the devil , actually God is the one who did, but i felt that i survived the fight, and i was victorious, i felt that i want to praise God and i was thanking him a lot and praising him,,, Jesus only allowed this to happen to me , so that i experience his victory , to experience getting my power from him, to experience a new love from him, and that is so beautiful.
actuall the psalm 116,117,118 were the ones i read, and actually i felt every word of them, 118 was very beautiful ::

Psalm 116
1 I love the LORD, for he heard my voice;
he heard my cry for mercy.

2 Because he turned his ear to me,
I will call on him as long as I live.

3 The cords of death entangled me,
the anguish of the grave came upon me;
