April 25 – Bless Your EnemiesSay often, “God bless . . . ,” of any whom you find in disharmony with you, or whom you desire to help. Say it, willing that showers of blessings and joy and success may fall upon them.Leave to Me that necessary correcting or training; you must only desire joy and blessing for them. At present your prayers are that they should be taught and corrected.

Oh! If My children would leave My work to Me and occupy themselves with the task I give them. Love, love, love. Love will break down all your difficulties. Love will build up all your successes.

God the destroyer of evil, God the creator of good — is Love. To Love one another is to use God in your life. To use God in your life is to bring into manifestation all harmony, beauty, joy, and happiness.

“But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you,
do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which
despitefully use you, and persecute you.” Matthew 5:44

Me and Satan

Hi all, I want to share something with you, that i guess we all experience, it’s about how the devil (satan) have an impact on our lives and how the devil really effects my and your spiritual life.

I got it all from Matt4. Please read with me the following lines.

Matt 4
The Temptation of Jesus
1Then Jesus was led by the Spirit into the desert to be tempted by the devil. 2After fasting forty days and forty nights, he was hungry. 3The tempter came to him and said, “If you are the Son of God, tell these stones to become bread.”

4Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man does not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.

5Then the devil took him to the holy city and had him stand on the highest point of the temple. 6″If you are the Son of God,” he said, “throw yourself down. For it is written:
” ‘He will command his angels concerning you,
and they will lift you up in their hands,
so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.

7Jesus answered him, “It is also written: ‘Do not put the Lord your God to the test.

8Again, the devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their splendor. 9″All this I will give you,” he said, “if you will bow down and worship me.”

10Jesus said to him, “Away from me, Satan! For it is written: ‘Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only.

11Then the devil left him, and angels came and attended him

I want to share with you the following points:

1-  satan choose the best time, and the best conditions to tempt you.

where in verse 3 (The tempter came to him and said, “If you are the Son of God, tell these stones to become bread.”. )

satan here tempted jesus with the need of jesus in the perfect time  where in verse 2 ( After fasting forty days and forty nights, he was hungry.).

satan waited till jesus  got hungry, till he needed bread, and then he started tempting him, that says that the devil will not tempt me with something that i am already satisfied or do not need, as an example, if i am financially satisfied , and i am very satisfied with the money i got, satan is not going to tempt me to steal, or try to tempt me in this field, because i am satisfied and if he does i am going to shut him no great effort, but if i need money, satan is going to tempt me to steal,, or to tell me to work so hard  and let all the work take all my energy and my time and to consume my mind, so that my life becomes absorbed and centered about my work, leaving no time for God and no time to for family ,and anything that is going to draw me near to God and makes me a better man, satan is going to put a pressure on you in any field that you are not satisfied in, other example is relationships, I am a single man, and i have the need to love a woman and to marry , make a family and so, and for anyreason this need is not fullfiled, it’s not just a body’s need but an emotional need too ,, satan is goint to tempt me in this field, annoys me always with it, makes it a pressure on me, trying to lead me to unethical relationships , trying to draw me into the circle of pornography ” saying it is going to satisfy your physical and emotional needs”,, trying to lead me to fornication, etc….  -drowning me in sin- .

but Jesus gave us the solution in those temptations, gave us the key to get out of it in, verse 4 (Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man does not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.)

Jesus is telling us that you have a need, that’s true, but on the other hand you have Jesus, you have God,  jesus answered  ‘ IT IS WRITTEN ‘  , the word of God, the relationship you are having with God, the Father you have ,do not ignore it ( ignore that there is a God  who wants to be in your life, and don’t forget about how much this God can satisfy all your needs in  ways that are never harmless but much and much better , true, and lasting ),, if you are hungry , remember that you not only live on bread alone, but there is your relationship with God, there’s Jesus in your life.

as i am a single man ,sometimes when i see a couple, the need of being in love with a girl aches me,it leads sometimes self pety and sadness sneaks into me, and as mentioned up this opens up a door for the devil to tempt me as i mentioned up. but the way to fight this is to remember that i have Jesus, I have him in my life, so why have self pity and let this takes my peace away. i am not saying that the need of love is bad and so,my main point is that how the devil will tempt you in your weak point ,tempt you with your needs and in the perfect time and conditions ” after fasting 40 days and 40 nights, he was hungry”

2- the second point is satan, tempts you to test God and his promises to you and me like he did with Jesus as in :

satan used the verses from 5 to 6 to make Jesus test God,  can you feel how  dangerous it is to start thinking in your mind  ” yeah what if i fall in danger ,would God be there for me, mmm ok , i am going to put my self in danger and let’s see if Jesus is going to do exactly like he said or not”,, opening the gates of doubt and it’s like cancelling your faith in  God words and promises which is the confidence that God is going to fulfill everypromise he made to us,..

Jesus knew that if he throws himself down angels will come and hold him and lift him ,and the jews would see so and it would be a very easier way that  people believe that he is the messiah and save himself all the pain ( passion)  and the road to the cross ( it was presented in a very clear and beautiful way in the movie ” miracle maker ” ),

Jesus gave us from the answer this time too ” It is also written: ‘Do not put the Lord your God to the test” . the words of God are the answer, reading the word of God ( the bible) draws you closer to God ,and introduces him with his thoughts love and what he really thinks of you, getting to know him better, to read the word of God is your protection from all the lies that satans tell, if you pray that God gives you a daily bread from the bible ,talks to you and gives  you an understanding for his words,  then reading the bible is going to change your heart and mind, and God is all loving and willing that reading the bible really effective and not just ‘reading and let go’  .. in mattew 7

Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
8For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
9Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone?
10Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent?11If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?

3- the third point is where Satan is Going to tempt me with great,splendor,glorious things if i let go on God, if i surrender to him. it may be a temptation with money,fame, or so , even in choices ,if you have to choose between two things 1- to obey God and not do something, and this choice is going to make you lose an oppurtunity or brings you trouble 2- to disobey God, do something wrong, and this choice will lead you to have it all,.

know that the 2nd choice will lead you to lose your self and your salvation.

Satan here wanted Jesus to bow down to him ,to worship him, but jesus had the answer, and gave it to us, in verse 10 “10Jesus said to him, “Away from me, Satan! For it is written: ‘Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only.

11Then the devil left him, and angels came and attended him”… the answer of knowing the wrong from write is WRITTEN, it’s in God’s words, and jesus said to satan, “away from me” , telling satan go away from me in Jesus name, is a power that God gives to all who believe in him , to all his followers , to have the power to tread on satan  ( treading on scorpions and seprents ), Do not be afraid of evil       “Psalms 112:1-8 …Blessed is the man who fears the LORD, Who delights greatly inHis commandments (words) … He will not be afraid of evil tidings; His heart is
steadfast, trusting in the LORD. His heart is established; He will not be afraid”… also in jeremiah 1 “”Don’t be afraid because of them; for I am with you to deliver you, says Yahweh.”

4- the 4rth point is a general one, which is that Satan insists to tempt you and doesn’t go away and leaves you from the first time, he just insists, but have no fear “If God is for us, who can be against us?” romans 8:31.

and remember james 4:7 ” Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you”.

Isaiah 43: 1-3

But now, thus says the LORD, your Creator, O Jacob,
And He who formed you, O Israel,
“Do not fear, for I have redeemed you;
I have called you by name; you are Mine!
2″When you pass through the waters, I will be with you;
And through the rivers, they will not overflow you
When you walk through the fire, you will not be scorched,
Nor will the flame burn you.
3” For I am the LORD your God,
The Holy One of Israel, your Savior;

Evil Mountains

March 28 – Evil Mountains

Faith and obedience will remove mountains, mountains of evil, mountains of difficulty.

But they must go hand in hand.

“Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only.” -James 2:24

Turn It Good

March 10 – Turn It To Good

Never flinch. My standard-bearers must you ever be. Bear your standard high.

Life has its dangers and difficulties, but real as these seem, the moment you see in them a power of evil which will in response to your faith be forced to work in some way for your good, in that moment of recognition evil and danger cease to have any power over you.

This is a wonderful truth. Believe it. Rejoice in it.

Fear Is Evil

March 5 – Fear Is Evil

Have no fear. Fear is evil and “perfect Love casts out fear.” There is no room for fear in the heart in which I dwell. Fear destroys Hope. It cannot exist where Love is, or where Faith is.

Fear is the curse of the world. Man is afraid – afraid of poverty, afraid of loneliness, afraid of unemployment, afraid of sickness.

Many, many are man’s fears. Nation is afraid of nation. Fear, fear, fear, everywhere. Fight fear as you would a plague. Turn it out of your lives and home. Fight it singly. Fight it together. Never inspire fear. It is an evil ally. Fear of punishment, fear of blame.

No work that employs this enemy of Mine is work for Me. Banish it. There must be another and better way.

Ask me and I will show it you.

“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, 
and of love, and of a sound mind.” – 2 Timothy 1:7

Nothing Can Hurt

– Nothing Can Hurt

The way is plain.

You do not need to see far ahead. Just one step at a time with Me. The same light to guide you as the Hosts of Heaven know — the Son of Righteousness Himself.

Only self can cast a shadow on the way. Be more afraid of Spirit-unrest, of soul-disturbance, of any ruffling of the Spirit, than of earthquake or fire or any outside forces.

When you feel the absolute calm has been broken — away alone with Me until your heart sings, and all is strong and calm.

These are the only times when evil can find an entrance. The forces of the evil surround the city of man-soul, and are keenly alert for one such unguarded spot, through which an arrow can pierce and do havoc.

Remember all that you have to do is to keep calm and happy. God does the rest. No evil force can hinder My Power — only you yourself have power to do that. Think when all God’s mighty forces are arrayed to aid you — and your poor, puny self impedes their onward march.

“So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.” Matthew 6:34

Wise Rest

February 4 – Wise Rest

Rest should play a large part in the lives of My followers, for tiredness and physical strain can cause man to lose his consciousness of My Presence.

Then the Light that banishes evil seems to be withdrawn — never by deliberate act of Mine, but as the result of man’s attitude towards Me.  Ponder on this. 

 

The Soul At war

January 30  – The Soul At War

“I will never give you a load greater than you can bear.”

No evil can befall you, if I am with you. “Ill that He blesses is our good.” Every time of being laid aside is a time of retreat into the quiet place with Me. Never fear but in that place you shall find restoration and power and joy and healing.

Plan both of your retreat days now and then – days when you live apart with Me, and arise rested and refreshed – physically, mentally, and spiritually, to carry on the work I have given to you. I will never give you a load greater than you can bear.

Love, Joy, Peace, welcome these. Let no personal feelings, no thoughts of self banish these. Singly, they are miracle-producing in a life, but together, they can command all that is needed on the physical, mental and spiritual planes.

It is in these wonder-realm attributes all success lies. You have to see your inner lives are all they should be, and then the work is accomplished. Not in rushing and striving on the material plane, but on the battlefield of the Soul these things are won.

“There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God
 is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above 
that ye are able.” – 1 Corinthians 10:13

Hoard Nothing

 – Hoard Nothing

Love Me and do My Will. No evil shall befall you. Take no thought for tomorrow. Rest in My presence brings Peace. God will help you. Desire brings fulfillment. Peace like a quiet flowing river cleanses, sweeps all irritants away.

You shall be taught, continue these prayertimes, even if they seem fruitless. The devil will try by any means to stop them. Heed him not. He will say evil spirits may enter in. heed him not.

Rest your nerves. Tired nerves are a reflection on, not of, God’s Power. Hope all the time.

Do not be afraid of poverty. Let money flow freely. I will let it flow in but you must let it flow out. i never send money to stagnate – only to those who pass it on.  Keep nothing for yourself. Hoard nothing. Only have what you need and use. This is My Law of Discipleship.

Commit thy way unto the Lord, trust also in him; 
and he shall bring it to pass.  Psalm 37:5

God and me

Do you feel that your heart is unclean, that you are not filled with the love and the good of God, do you feel that yourh heart doesn’t belong to God , and is just full evil thoughts or sad and hopless feelings or filled with disbeliefes and doubts. , i feel that  of my heart is having many of this. ok let’s face it. so what should i do in this case ,what i am supposed to do , what are you supposed to do in this situation, who can help.

actually i have found the help, please read the following verse

from 2 corinthians 6

Do Not Be Yoked With Unbelievers

 14Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness? 15What harmony is there between Christ and Belial? What does a believer have in common with an unbeliever? 16What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said: “I will live with them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be my people.” 
 17“Therefore come out from them
      and be separate, says the Lord.
   Touch no unclean thing,
      and I will receive you.”
 18“I will be a Father to you,
      and you will be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.”

Did you notice the following line “For we are the temple of the living God”, Does God loves us that much that we are his temple. yeah we are, we are the temple of God, yes believe it,, but how can be the temple of God which is me can be fulled of all this evils, how can i be the temple of God while i am this way ??, those questions are in my mind, so as they are in yours..

check the following verse from matthew 21

 

Jesus at the Temple

 12Jesus entered the temple area and drove out all who were buying and selling there. He overturned the tables of the money changers and the benches of those selling doves. 13“It is written,” he said to them, ” ‘My house will be called a house of prayer,’ but you are making it a ‘den of robbers.’

 14The blind and the lame came to him at the temple, and he healed them. 15But when the chief priests and the teachers of the law saw the wonderful things he did and the children shouting in the temple area, “Hosanna to the Son of David,” they were indignant.

 16“Do you hear what these children are saying?” they asked him.
      “Yes,” replied Jesus, “have you never read,
   ” ‘From the lips of children and infants
      you have ordained praise’?”

 17And he left them and went out of the city to Bethany, where he spent the night.

Did you notice what happened ? Jesus came back to his temple, his house, found it full of every bad thing but prayer he drove them out, the robbers, and then the blind and the lame came to him and he healed him, God is telling me, and telling you, You are my temple Don’t worry, if your heart of full of bad thoughts, evils, doubts, those are robbers, those are stealing your heart, you are my temple not yours, pray to me, pray that I come and drive all of them away, you are my temple, when i come to drive them away , don’t close your hearts door, and let me out, i need to enter the temple, i need to enter your heart, and don’t worry i will drive them away i will make your heart a house of prayer, all the broken legs, all the blindness you are having , are going to be healed, i will heal every lame part of your heart, i will give you sight, just when i come to enter your heart, my temple, let me in, i know you will feel it, pray that you hear me when i come, pray that you let me in, and don’t worry son i will drive them away

2 corinthians 6:16What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said: “I will live with them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be my people.” 
 17“Therefore come out from them
      and be separate, says the Lord.
   Touch no unclean thing,
      and I will receive you.”
 18“I will be a Father to you,
      and you will be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.”.

truely and honestly this is what God is telling me and telling you, he is telling us fight as much as you can ,separate yourselves from the darkness, from the idols in our hearts, and have faith , he will come and drive the robbers away, he will heal every lame and blind part in our hearts, in our souls, God will be in us,  18“I will be a Father to you, and you will be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.”, Don’t close your heart when you hear God’s coming, God is giving you hope, his words are rightous, believe him , believe him when he said  in revelations 3:20Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me. “.

have hope  brothers, have faith, God is near. he loves us that much that he wants and he is willing to bring us back to him , to let us be his temple, to live in us. pray ,pray and pray, that he comes and live in us. and don’t be afraid ,God said in john 12:46 “I have come into the world as a light, so that no one who believes in me should stay in darkness.”
