Turn It Good

From the book God at Eventide(www.twolisteners.org)

March 10 – Turn It To Good

Never flinch. My standard-bearers must you ever be. Bear your standard high.

Life has its dangers and difficulties, but real as these seem, the moment you see in them a power of evil which will in response to your faith be forced to work in some way for your good, in that moment of recognition evil and danger cease to have any power over you.

This is a wonderful truth. Believe it. Rejoice in it.

Swift Help

From the book God Calling (www.twolisteners.org )

 February 26 -Swift Help

There is nothing lacking in your lives because really all is yours, only you lack the faith to know it. You are like King’s daughters who sit in rags, and yet around them are stores of all they could desire.

Pray for more faith, as a thirsty man in a desert prays for rain, for water. Swift comes My help, swift and strong. Do you know what it is to feel sure that I can never fail you? As sure as you are that you still breathe? How poor his man’s faith! So poor. Do you trust Me as much as you would a friend if that friend came and said he would send you help? Pray daily and most diligently that your faith may increase.

“If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, you might say unto this sycamore tree,
Be thou plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in the
sea; and it should obey you.” Luke 17:6

The War Within

From the book God at Eventide (www.twolisteners.org )

February 25 – The War Within

And he was dumb, because he believed not.

There is physical correspondence to faith and to doubt.

Especially is this so among those who would serve Me.  For unlike others, they are not so controlled by the law of physical success or failure, but are under the direct control of the Laws of My Kingdom.

So, in many cases, you may note good health in one ignorant of Me, and ill-health in one of My followers, until he has learned the full control of the physical by the Spiritual.  In his case the warring of  physical and Spiritual may cause physical ill-health, or unrest.

So do not fret about the physical side, aim increasingly at control by My Spirit.

Your Great Reward

January 24 Your Great Reward

“I am your God. Your Great Reward. Yours to look up and say, ‘All is Well.'”

You pray for Faith, and you are told to do so. But I make provision in the House of My Abiding for those who turn towards Me and yet have weak knees and hearts that faint. Be not afraid. I am your God. Your Great Reward. Yours to look up and say, “All is well.”

I am your Guide. Do not want to see the road ahead. Go just one step at a time. I rarely grant the long vista to My disciples, especially in personal affairs, for one step at a time is the best way to cultivate Faith.

You are in uncharted waters. But the Lord of all Seas is with you, the Controller of all Storms is with you. Sing with Joy. You follow the Lord of Limitations, as well as the God in whose service is perfect freedom.

He, the God of the Universe, confined Himself within the narrow limits of a Baby-form and, in growing Boyhood, and young Manhood, submitted to your human limitations, and you have to learn that your vision and power, boundless as far as spiritual things are concerned, must in temporal affairs submit to limitations, too.

But I am with you. It was when the disciples gave up effort after a night of fruitless fishing, that I came, and the nets broke with the overabundance of supply.

“He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth
much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.” – John 15:5

Change me Please

Thought for many times about my flaws, about my despiration, about my uselessness, about how much i think that i am broken ,and lost with no power to change myself.  my sins, my trust issues with God, that i don’t trust him enogh, my faith that comes and goes, but the answer is in God himself, i look to him and he heals me , he changes releas my sins, please read the following from luke 4

Jesus’ Public Ministry

14And Jesus returned to Galilee in the power of the Spirit, and news about Him spread through all the surrounding district.

15And He began teaching in their synagogues and was praised by all.

16And He came to Nazareth, where He had been brought up; and as was His custom, He entered the synagogue on the Sabbath, and stood up to read.

17And the book of the prophet Isaiah was handed to Him. And He opened the book and found the place where it was written,
18“THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD IS UPON ME,
BECAUSE HE ANOINTED ME TO PREACH THE GOSPEL TO THE POOR.
HE HAS SENT ME TO PROCLAIM RELEASE TO THE CAPTIVES,
AND RECOVERY OF SIGHT TO THE BLIND,
TO SET FREE THOSE WHO ARE OPPRESSED,
19TO PROCLAIM THE FAVORABLE YEAR OF THE LORD.”

20And He closed the book, gave it back to the attendant andsat down; and the eyes of all in the synagogue were fixed on Him.

God is telling me and telling you, that he is the one who will preach us the poor, he is the one who will release us from all the things that are captivating us, he will give us sight, he will free us the opressed.

from now I will raise my prayers to God, i will tell him to release me from the sin that is holding me from him,, I will ask him to heal my trust issues, i will ask him to give me the love that loves him, the power to change, to give me his strength so i can rise in him, the same strength that he drove the devils away, i will ask him to drive my devils away, i will ask him to heal me, to heal what the years has done to me, my brother, whoever you are ,Jesus loves you , and he loves us all,i will ask him to make me love him to, Go to God, he thirsts for you, and he will heal you , no more we will walk in darkness

I am the light of the world; he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.  John 8:12

to you God my healer, not because i am good but because you are a loving good God, i will call you to have your salvation

Faith and works

From the book God Calling (www.twolisteners.org)

– Faith – Works

Pray daily for Faith. It is My Gift.

It is your only requisite for the accomplishment of mighty deeds. Certainly you have to work, you have to pray, but upon Faith alone depends the answer to your prayers – your works.

I give it you in response to your prayer, because it is the necessary weapon for you to possess for the dispersion of evil – the overcoming of all adverse conditions, and the accomplishment of all good in your lives, and then you having Faith, give it back to Me. It is the envelope in which every request to Me should be placed.

And yet “Faith without works is dead.” So you need works, too, to feed your Faith in Me. As you seek to do, you feel your helplessness. You then turn to Me. In knowing Me, your faith grows – and that faith is all you need for My Power to work.

“Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him:
but the just shall live by his faith.” – Habakkuk 2:4

How to Glorify God

The highest form of worship to God is to obey Him. By honoring Him in our thoughts, words, and actions, we can glorify Him with our lives.

The Bible says in Colossians 3:17, “Whatever you do [no matter what it is] in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus and in [dependence upon] His Person, giving praise to God the Father through Him.” AMP

This is the key to everyday Christian life. Regardless of whether we go to school, church, work, or stay home, whatever we do should be in honor of the Lord. Not everything that we do is in and of itself spiritual, per se, but we can bring glory to God in both the largest and smallest actions that we take. Here are some ways that we can practically do everything in the name of Jesus.

Have a song on your heart. Is there a song from church that you just love, or a psalm in the Bible that brings your peace or joy? Think about it throughout the day and praise God in your heart. That way no matter what you do, your mind if focused on Him.

Be prayerful.Communicating with God is easy when you know that he can see and hear everything, even the deepest of our thoughts. Telling Him, whether it be out loud or in our thoughts, about what we are feeling will keep us connected with Him. If you are angry, pray about it, and you will find it easier to deal with. Also, praying for the people that you encounter during your day is also a great way to bring honor to God just by going through the day.

Do your best. If you are working on something, doing chores, studying, or at your job, do it as if you are doing it for God’s glory. In reality, you will be. It can be a testimony that God is motivating you, blessing the work of your hands, and gifting you with the ability to do whatever it is you are doing well.

Avoid complaining and worry. Having a bad attitude about things doesn’t make God look good. Look at the bright side of things, and don’t mumble about how much you don’t like certain things. Worry is wasted energy, just like complaining is. It is a much better testimony to the goodness and ability of God if you pray about your concerns and trust that God will take care of you. Getting stressed, feeling hopeless, and worrying does happen sometimes, but don’t stay there. Pray and get out of the worrying-ditch. Your faith in the Lord with inspire others, and glorify God.

Be kind to others. A smile can go a long way. Be nice to people, be patient with them, and be courteous. These days there are more and more people who are proud, rude, and in a rush. Stand out and be kind. Doing nice things for other people is a way to be a witness to the goodness of Jesus. You can really brighten someone’s day and make them feel special. If that doesn’t bring glory to God, I don’t know what does!

Overall, do the things that you know will please God, and avoid the things you know won’t reflect well on Him. After all, as a Christian, you are representing Him. Honor the Lord in everything that you say and do, and His light and glory will shine through you.

Mighty and Marvelous

From the book God Calling (www.twolisteners.org )

January 14 – Mighty and Marvelous

Glad indeed are the souls with whom I walk. Walking with Me is security. The coming of My Spirit into a life, and the working are imperceptible, but the result is might.

Learn of Me. Kill the self. Every blow to self is used to shape the real, eternal, imperishable you.

Be very candid and rigorous with yourselves.  “Did self prompt that?” and if it did, oust it at all costs.

When I died on the Cross, I died embodying all the human self. Once that was crucified, I could conquer even death.

When I bore your sins in My own body on the Tree I bore the self-human nature of the world. As you too kill self, you gain the overwhelming power I released for a weary world, and you too will be victorious.

It is not life and its difficulties you have to conquer, only the self in you. As I said to My disciples, “I have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now.”  You could not understand them. But as you go on obeying Me and walking with Me, and listening to Me, you will, and then you will see how glorious, how marvelous My revelations are, and My teachings.

I protest by your rejoicing which I have in Christ
Jesus our Lord, I die daily.  1 Corinthians 15:31

Hope in the lord

— just wanted to share this from today’s word with joel and victoria www.joelosteen.com

Hope in the Lord

Today’s Scripture

“Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint” (Isaiah 40:30-31, NIV).

Today’s Word from Joel and Victoria

Everyone has times when they feel tired and overwhelmed by the pressures of life. But notice, this scripture gives us a clear remedy: Hope in the Lord. It’s easy to put your hope in other things; maybe you had hope in a relationship, hope in a job, hope in the stock market. It’s time to redirect your hope to the One who will never let you down; the One who never changes, the Rock of Ages.

When you’re tempted to give up on your dreams, when you’re tempted to just settle where you are, listen to that still, small voice of hope on the inside that says, “No way. This is not who I am. I was created to live in victory. I was created to overcome this sickness. I was created to rise above these problems.” Put your hope and trust in the Lord because He is faithful! As you do, He will renew your strength. He’ll cause you to soar on wings like the eagle, and you’ll be empowered to move forward confidently into the victory He has for you!

A Prayer for Today

Father in heaven, today I choose to put my hope in You. I know You have good plans for me. Thank You for renewing my strength and keeping me close to You. Fill me with Your peace and joy today. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Watch Out!!!!!!

hi there, just wanted to share you this ” watch out” that God is telling to each one of us, so please read the following verses

from matthew 24

Matthew 24

Signs of the End of the Age

1Jesus left the temple and was walking away when his disciples came up to him to call his attention to its buildings. 2“Do you see all these things?” he asked. “I tell you the truth, not one stone here will be left on another; every one will be thrown down.”

3As Jesus was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately. “Tell us,” they said, “when will this happen, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?”

4Jesus answered: “Watch out that no one deceives you. 5For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many. 6You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. 7Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. 8All these are the beginning of birth pains.

— and then Jesus continue telling them about the pains.

but i want to share the in the 4rth verse , when Jesus told them watch out, at first the disciples asked him “Tell us,” they said, “when will this happen, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?” . and God replied with a “watch out” , what i get is that God is telling us to ask him about everything to ask him to tell us ” WATCH OUT” doing this will hurt you, doing this will draw you back a step from me, doing this is not what i want, watch out from this lie, watch out from this pain, watch out from this evil.

I believe that if we pray ,if we ask God to take care of us, if we ask him to tell us “watch out” when something is coming he will. and i pray that he keeps our hearts and ears ready and holy to hear this watch out.

In Jesus name i pray that you God show us your love, let us feel it, let us feel how much you love us and take care of us, and he is afraid to us.

God bless .
